General Ride Info


BVBC Weekend Rides (April through October)
Rides start from a wide variety of start locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin with most routes offering two or three distance options.  Individuals or small groups ride together at a pace that is comfortable for them.  All riders are provided with a cue sheet and map -plus- BVBC members have access to club routes on Ride With GPS (see below).

Rides depart promptly at 9:00AM (May through September), 10:00AM (April and October/early November) or 11:00AM (Thanksgiving through March).  Make sure to arrive early enough to sign in, set up your bike, and greet friends – both old and new.  Please be ready for pre-ride briefing which begins five minutes before the ‘kickstands up’ time.

BVBC Tuesday Morning Rides (May through October)
Tuesday morning rides have resumed though weekly schedule is subject to change based upon Ride Coordinator availability and/or the implementation of any new pandemic related restrictions. Please check the BVBC Facebook page for confirmation of time and location. Routes are determined on day of ride but are typically around 20 miles. This is a leisurely paced group ride.

Scenic ride through lake country with long route passing near Holy Hill.  NEW FOR 2020: Added rest stop option at Stone Bank General Store.  NOTE ALTERNATE START LOCATION FOR 2020 ONLY.

Directions from Zoo Interchange (approximate drive time: 25 minutes):
Take I-94 W to Exit 282 for WI-67.  Turn right and proceed north 1.9 miles on WI-67 / Summit Ave.  Bear left to stay on Summit Ave and proceed 0.9 miles to George Street.  Turn left and follow George Street for one block. Turn right on Jefferson Street and park will be on left just before the street ends.  Restrooms are typically NOT available in park.
Sunday, Oct 25, 2020:            River Hills Roll Miles: 26, 35
Ride through River Hills, Mequon and Bayside. Long route goes to Cedarburg.

Directions from Marquette Interchange (approximate drive time: 15 minutes):
Take I-43 N to Exit 80 for Good Hope Rd.  Go west 0.8 miles to Milwaukee River Parkway and turn left.  Proceed south 1.0 miles to parking lot on left.  Restrooms are available in park.
