BVBC Weekend Rides (April through October)
Rides start from a wide variety of start locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin with most routes offering two or three distance options. Individuals or small groups ride together at a pace that is comfortable for them. All riders are provided with a cue sheet and map -plus- BVBC members have access to club routes on Ride With GPS (see below).
Rides depart at 9:00AM (May through September), 10:00AM (April and October) or 11:00AM (November through March). Make sure to arrive early enough to sign in, set up your bike, and greet friends – both old and new.
BVBC Tuesday Morning Rides (May through October)
Rides start at 9:00AM from Beulah Brinton Community Center, 2555 S Bay St, Bay View. Routes are determined on day of ride but are typically around 20 miles. This is a leisurely paced group ride.
Saturday, Apr 27, 2019 – Dousman – 20, 36 miles
Very scenic rural ride around Dousman area with some rolling hills. Starts at the Dousman village parking lot, 118 S. Main St in Dousman. Take I-94 west to WI 67 (Oconomowoc exit), south on WI 67 approximately 3.4 miles, right on US Hwy 18/Sunset Dr for .5 miles, turn left on Main St and go .8 miles. Park in the new village parking lot just south of the Glacial Drumlin bike trail. Restrooms are available in Cory Municipal Park adjacent to the parking. Approximate drive time from zoo: 30 minutes
Sunday, Apr 28, 2019- Grant Park – 19, 27 miles
Easy ride through Oak Creek Pkwy, south to Caledonia and back. – Ride starts at Grant Park Golf Clubhouse. Take I-94 south, exit at College Ave. Go east on College Ave. to Lake Dr. Take Lake Dr. south to Hawthorne Ave., east on Hawthorne to clubhouse. Park in lot across from the clubhouse on Hawthorn Ave. Restrooms are available in clubhouse.
Ride with GPS
